1. About CaptionKit

CaptionKit is an AI caption generation tool for Fanvue creators, operated by Forge. By using CaptionKit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid Fanvue creator account to use CaptionKit. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Plans and payments

Free plan: 20 captions per calendar month, no payment required.

Pro plan: Unlimited captions. Billed through the Fanvue App Store at the rate shown in the listing. Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time through Fanvue.

All billing is handled by Fanvue. Refund requests are subject to Fanvue's payment policies.

4. Acceptable use

You may use CaptionKit to generate captions for your own Fanvue content. You must not:

  • Use CaptionKit to generate captions for content you do not own
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service
  • Use CaptionKit in any way that violates Fanvue's terms or policies

5. Your content

You retain full ownership of your Fanvue vault content and any captions generated from it. By using CaptionKit you grant us a limited licence to access your vault solely for the purpose of generating captions. We do not store, reproduce, or distribute your content.

6. AI-generated captions

Captions are generated by AI and provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing captions before publishing. We make no guarantee that generated captions are accurate, appropriate, or effective for any particular purpose.

7. Availability

We aim to keep CaptionKit available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

CaptionKit is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using CaptionKit at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
